Hong Zhang，1962年生，博士，邓迪大学教授，研究方向为经济增长与人力资源开发。

Dr. Hong ZHANG (张鸿 博士) is the Director of Sino-Scottish Institute, University of Abertay Dundee, UK, where he acts as a country manager of the university to promote formal links with Chinese institutions and government agencies at various levels. He obtained his first degree in engineering (BEng) in China. Before moving to the UK, he had several years’ work experiences in Beijing, China. He has been awarded for his Master of Business Administration (MBA) and then Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in the UK. His current teaching, research and consultancy concentrate on human resources policies and practices (HRM) in China, cross-cultural management, international joint venture management, corporate strategy and corporate culture as well as eLearning development. He is a member of the Advisory Board of China Development, American International Personnel Management Association (IPMA-China). He is also adviser to Investor in people’s China development.
